   Your privacy is important to us. That is why it is our policy to never trade, sell, exchange, or share your personal data with anyone. Your personal data includes, but is not limited to:

  Our policy is to only send email newsletters or advertisements to customers who have requested them. We will not send unwanted mail to any customer who does not request it.   Security


   Your name, email address, phone number and shipping address are stored for your convenience locally on your hard drive in a 'cookie'. This assists in and simplifies filling out the order form. In addition this same information and the product information is stored in our database.
   Your credit card information is NEVER stored on our website, on your harddrive, or in our database. Your credit card information is only requested when you are in a secure server environment. See 'How secure are online transactions?' in the FAQ's.

  Order Tracking


   By clicking on ORDER TRACKING in your shopping cart at the bottom of your screen, you may track the progress of your order from the moment you place it, until it is delivered.
  The status of your order is displayed for your convenience. Your order status includes:
  Order Initiated:  (Your order is on it's way to our warehouse.)
  Order Pending:  (Your order is being processed.)
  Order Shipped:  (Your order has left our warehouse and is on it's way.)
  In the event that one of your items purchased is temporarily out of stock, your order status will display that item as Back Ordered.
  You have the option to CANCEL your order for any items that are "Back Ordered" for 30 days or more.

  Returns


   Software products (including Video Tapes and DVD's) are NON-RETURNABLE unless they have a manufacturer defect!
   Novelties (Sex Toys) are NON-RETURNABLE unless they have a manufacturer defect!
   Novelties (Sex Toys) may NOT be returned once they have been used!
   We will gladly replace any defective product WITH THE SAME PRODUCT. Simply place the defective item in its' shipping container (or any suitable cardboard box) with an explaination of the defect and mail it to:

   Video Tapes with defects should be left at the point in the tape where the defect occurs so we may easily identify the defect for the manufacturer. Video/DVD running times are approximations and are in no way representative of an actual or accurate running time. Whereas we strive to publish running times that are as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee their accuracy and therefore a Video/DVD running time discrepancy is not considered a defect or a reason for a return.


  Credits and Cancelling an Order


   A Credit Voucher will be emailed to you in the event that we cannot fulfill your order. For your convenience, you may request a Credit Voucher for any item that is Backordered in your Order History by selecting the CANCEL option for that item. The CANCEL option is available 30 days after the order has been placed. It will be totally up to you who knows about your purchases - we cater to the discreet adult buyer.

Where do you ship?

We ship to anywhere not prohibited by law. However, we no longer ship to the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Utah. If you reside in one of these states and would like to place an order for adult merchandise to be shipped to you, we suggest that you write to your Congressman and complain about the restrictions your state has placed on adult material.

When do you ship?

All in-stock orders are shipped in 1 to 2 business days of receipt of payment. Backordered items will ship as they become available, typically in 10 to 15 business days. If a backordered item cannot be shipped to your satisfaction, you may submit a cancel request for that item.

What are my shipping costs?

For UPS ground and US Mail (First Class): $5.00 for up to the first 5 items, $1.00 for each additional. For UPS 2nd Day and US Mail (Priority): $6.00 for the first item, $1.50 for each additional item.

What about Credit Card Fraud?

Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We use all means available to prosecute persons attempting fraud. We use ChargeSolutions, the most trusted name in internet commerce, Verisign SSL for security, and we don't store credit card information. We have credit card verification systems in place to guard against credit card fraud. We have done the thinking ahead of time, to prevent any problems.

Sure you can. Select PRINT AND PHONE as your method of payment. Dial 800-992-2330 and speak to one of our sales representative. Phone orders are accepted Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
You can fax your order to us using our PRINT AND FAX order form. All you have to do is fill out your credit card information, sign and fax the order.
Additionally, you can PRINT AND MAIL your order to us with your credit card information. We also accept checks and money orders made payable to Online Sales. Orders from first time buyers paying by check will not be shipped until the check clears, usually 15 business days.
