Your order status includes:

In the event that one of your items purchased is temporarily
out of stock, your order status will display that item as Back Ordered.

products (including Video Tapes and DVD's) are NON-RETURNABLE unless
they have a manufacturer defect!

We will gladly replace any defective product WITH

Video
Tapes with defects should be left at the point in the tape where
the defect occurs so we may easily identify the defect for the manufacturer.
Video/DVD running times are approximations and are in no way representative
of an actual or accurate running time. Whereas we strive to publish
running times that are as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee
their accuracy and therefore a Video/DVD running time discrepancy
is not considered a defect or a reason for a return.

Credits and Cancelling an Order

A Credit Voucher will be emailed to you in the event that we cannot fulfill your order. For your convenience, you may request a Credit Voucher for any item that is Backordered in your Order History by selecting the CANCEL option for that item. The CANCEL option is available 30 days after the order has been placed.
