| Commissions
and Pricing |
Two commission plans are offered:
Plan A is the Competitive Retail Price
Plan. Under this plan, you offer products to the customers at
deeply discounted prices and you earn a 20% commission on each
net sale.
Plan B is the Manufacturers' Suggested
Retail Price Plan. Under this plan, you offer products to the
customers at the manufacturers' suggested retail price and you
earn a 35% commission on each sale.
Please appropriately fill out the Pay To
Information section, your address, as well as the Check
payable to: the person or company that the check is payable
to, and your Tax ID and Tax Classification. You
cannot edit this information in your PROFILE, if you would like
to change this information, please email
with the new information and your Affiliate ID.
On a monthly basis we send you a commission
check. Commission is calculated using net sales amount without
sales tax & shipping. A minimum of $20.00 in commission is required
for a check to be printed. Any commissions under $20.00 will be
carried over to the next month. The pay period runs from the first
day of the month to the last day of the month. If you are due
commission and do not recieve your check by the 15th of the month
call us at 800-321-9858 M-F 9am-5pm EST or email
and we will put a stop payment on the check that was issued and
mail another.

| Protection
|
When a customer comes to the store by clicking
through a PEcash banner link or text link, a cookie is
set on the customer’s hard drive that contains your affiliate
ID (other customer information is also kept in this cookie). The
cookie expires in 10 years. A customer can bookmark your store
and return via this bookmark and still be remembered as being
assigned to your affiliate ID because the cookie is read on entry
to the store. In the unlikely event that the customer types in
the URL without the appendix, the cookie will pass your affiliate
ID. In case of corruption or deletion of the cookie you are protected
by the URL appendix in your link which contains your affiliate
ID. It will reset the cookie.

| Statistics
|
The Stats page displays how many times your
stores have been visited (HITS), the number of sales, the
dollar amount of sales, and your commission earned from those
sales for the current year (ANNUAL STATS). It also contains
information about your monthly sales and commissions (MONTHLY
STATS). This will keep you up to date on your sales performance
for the month and the year, commissions earned, commissions paid,
commissions to pay, and which niche sites are generating your
sales. (You can click the niche site name to view each separate
store in a browser. This is a convenient location to look at the
TITLE and LOGO you have selected for your store.) Your PREVIOUS
MONTH statistics are always available as well.
EDIT YOUR PROFILE links to your personal
information and the Title and Logo for your store. You can make
changes to this information anytime you like. (However, you cannot
change your commission plan or your Pay To/Tax information. If
you would like to change your Pay To/Tax information email
with the new information and your Affiliate ID.)
YOUR SITE/PAGE PERFORMANCE links to a
list of URL's or Web pages that your HITS are coming from. Here
you can see which pages are sending the most traffic to your store.
SALES
HISTORY contains a printable record of your sales and commissions
for this and previous years.
YOUR SUB-AFFILIATES contains a Java Script
Tree detailing your downline structure. Sales from your Sub-Affiliates
are displayed in each box with the ID.
ORDER HISTORY is a link available for
the PECASH administrator only. In the event of a problem, it is
some place where we can quickly access all orders that have passed
through your store. Our Privacy
Policy prohibits us from allowing you access to this sensitive
customer data.

| Sub-Affiliates
|
You can attract your own affiliates (sub-affiliates).
Two
options are available at sign-up:
1.)
Single level 5% commission. When you refer another webmaster to
the PEcash program you earn 5% on your their sales. This option
is single level deep - Second Tier only.
2.)
Unlimited multi-level referral commission.
You earn up to an additional 2.5% commission on sales through
your sub-affiliate's web sites. The structure that we use in determining
commissions from your sub-affiliates is simple. Your First Tier
(First Level sub-affiliate) pays you 2.5%, each additionals Tier
pays 1/2 of the previous Tier. Therefor, your Second Tier pays
you 1.25%, your Third Tier pays you .75% and so on...
When a webmaster signs up for the PEcash Affiliate
Program after clicking through your link, the signup process reads
your ID from the cookie and assigns your ID as their parent. To
sign up Sub-Affiliates yourself, simply click through your link
to open the store and set a cookie on your computer, then click
thru the WEBMASTERS link at the bottom of the store in the shopping
cart and sign up. Your ID may show in the Affiliate ID field,
this does NOT mean that your ID is in the cookie. The only way
to insure that your ID is passed as the parent Affiliate is to
click through one of your Affiliate links.

We offer 6 stores that you can send customers
to:
SuperStore - includes ALL
videos, DVD's, SexToys and Mags.
AllMale - includes Gay and
Bisexual videos and DVD's only and All SexToys and Mags.
Interracial - includes All
Black and Interracial videos and DVD's only and All SexToys and
Mags.
Fetish - includes Bondage
and Fetish videos and DVD's only and All SexToys and Mags.
Transsexual - includes TV/TS
and Bisexual videos and DVD's only and All SexToys and Mags.
SexToys Only - includes only
SexToys
We make it easy for you to track your sales
totals on all these adult stores. Your affiliate ID is passed
to these other sites from internal links and each sets it's own
cookie. You can generate customized HTML code for banners and
links for each of these sites. Paste this code into your Web page.
We provide the HTML code for WebMaster Opportunities
as well. This sends your traffic to the PEcash Site from your
Site and passes your ID to a cookie. When Webmasters sign up through
this link, you become their Parent and they become your Sub-Affiliate.

Title
and Logo
|
You can use one of our three predesignated names
or create your own unique TITLE for your store. This title
will appear as the Title of the Site, in your customers Bookmarks,
and at the top of the Store in the header in large bold letters.
The title is limited to 29 characters. You should test your site
to make certain that the title you choose is not too long.
You can choose to use your own image for your
LOGO. The image must be no more than 34 pixels in height
and 505 pixels in width. The image must be in .jpg or .gif
format. To upload an image from your hard drive to our server,
Click the "Your own image" box. Click the BROWSE button
and browse to the image on your local computer that you would
like to use. The image is uploaded and appears in the Header of
your store after you press the SUBMIT button. You should test
your site to make certain the image appears correctly. Because
the Header is in a frame, if your image is too big, it will push
the navigation buttons out of view and your site will be rendered
useless. If the image you have chosen is too big, simply correct
the image size on your local computer, browse to the corrected
image and resubmit the form, or choose another image and resubmit
the form.

| Your
URL |
Enter in this field the URL of the site you
would like your customers to Return To after they have finished
checking out. This URL is printed on the final page (the Thank
You page) of our secure server after your customer checks out
and pays for the order. It does NOT have to be the URL
of the page you have your store link on. (We encourage you to
place links to your store on as many different pages as you would
like.) This URL is in addition to the link back to the
store on the Thank You page.
This
URL will also appear in email Newsletter that we send to your
customers.

| Links
and Banners |
There are 4 different options for links when
you sign up:
1. Text link or static banner - Use this link code with
your own text or images. It is a standard linking code like this:

Two different versions of the text link are
available on the HTML Code page: Text Links to the default age
verification page and Text Links with no age verification that
link straight into the store. If you require age verification
to enter your site, there is no reason to require it again to
enter the store. You may place the link on your own text or image.
You may use your own artwork or navigate to our banner farm via
PEcash and right click/save to disk any banners that you would
like to use. Hot linking to banners on our server is not permitted.
2.
Random banner - This is a script tag that pulls a banner and
your link from our server. The script tag looks like this:

is printed in your HTML Code. It must be pasted into your document
in a text editor. We do not recommend using a WYSIWYG editor for

our server. Hot linking to banners on our server is not permitted.
3. Soft Core Random banner - This is a script tag that
pulls a non-sexually explicit banner and link from our server.
The script tag looks like this:
